About

I’m a Morocco-based professional working at the intersection of business operations, automation, and practical software.

My core strength: I transform manual and fragmented workflows into structured, automated systems — using tools that are already available inside organizations or building lightweight ones from scratch.

What I Do

Automation in enterprise environments

I design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and O365 ecosystem: Power Automate for workflows and data pipelines, Power Apps for internal tools, SharePoint and Excel Online as integrated process layers. The approach is always the same — understand the need, use available tools, deliver something working and maintainable.

Freelance and independent work

I help small teams and businesses reduce manual work, structure their processes, and build simple internal tools. The stack depends on the need: Excel and VBA when that’s the right fit, web apps with Next.js and a database when something more connected is needed, or lightweight automation in between.

Technical projects

I build systems to solve real problems and test ideas: internal dashboards, AI-assisted processing tools, API-based services, and IoT systems. These are always built with real constraints in mind — limited infrastructure, actual usage scenarios, simple deployment.

Products and SaaS

I’m moving toward repeatable, scalable solutions. This includes web-based tools for business process automation across areas like sales tracking, finance, and project management — and Excel-based products like templates and automation kits.

How I Work

I prioritize tools already available in the organization before introducing new ones. A simple solution used by everyone beats a complex one used by no one. I work directly with users, not just specifications — and I focus on delivering value early and improving over time.

This Blog

This is where I document my learning path. Not polished theory — just what I actually built, the problems I ran into, and how I solved them.
